Education for estheticians

Better technique. Better communication. Better client experiences.

Professional education for estheticians who want to strengthen both the technical and human sides of their work.

Primary offering

Hands-on Brazilian wax training

This is a working day, not a lecture. You'll watch a full service demonstrated and explained, then work hands-on under supervision with feedback as you go — because confidence comes from doing it, not from hearing about it.

We cover the technical mechanics thoroughly, and we spend real time on the part most training skips: how you talk to a person who is undressed and nervous. Consultation, draping, positioning, consent, pauses, and the aftercare conversation.

Training may include

  • Live instructor demonstration
  • Supervised hands-on practice
  • Model work
  • Consultation and intake
  • Contraindications to know
  • Sanitation and setup
  • Wax selection and temperature
  • Application technique
  • Removal and skin tension
  • Client positioning
  • Client communication
  • Comfort and consent
  • Troubleshooting in real time
  • Aftercare guidance
  • Professionalism and boundaries
  • Individual instructor feedback

What you'll leave with

Confidence built on skill, not on a certificate.

A certificate of completion is provided where applicable — but the point is that you can do the service well the next day.

Practical experience

Hands actually in the wax, on real skin, with someone watching who can correct you in the moment.

Stronger technique

Tension, angle, sectioning, and pacing — the mechanics that separate a clean strip from a painful one.

Troubleshooting tools

What to do when hair snaps, wax lifts skin, a client tenses, or an area isn't clearing.

Communication strategies

Language for consultation, draping, positioning, consent, and pauses that sounds natural instead of scripted.

Aftercare knowledge

Clear, honest aftercare you can explain in under a minute — and the reasoning behind each point.

Constructive feedback

Specific notes on your own work, delivered directly and kindly, so you know exactly what to practice next.
